GET READY TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT:

1. Have the AIM letter in front of you.  
2. Locate the reference number (starting with DB and located at the top right corner).  Be prepared to specify your method of payment.
 

MAKE YOUR PAYMENT:

  To make a payment, select one of the following four options:
 

1. INTERAC E-transfer Email: pay@aimproservice.com Password all lowercase: aimpro Memo: Please add reference number starting with DB. Note: If you fail to add the DB number we will not be able to apply the money to your account Notify collection officer of payment

• We accept cash, debit card, credit card (available for eligible accounts), bank draft, certified cheque or personal money order.
• Mail drop box - Drop off your cheque, bank draft, certified cheque or money order into our mail drop box located at the middle door.  NEVER LEAVE CASH.

 

3. PAY BY MAIL:

• Please tear off the bottom portion of your notice and mail it with your payment to:

4. ONLINE/TELEPHONE BANKING:

If you bank with a major financial institution and want to make either a) one lump sum payment OR  b) multiple payments over time, this option is for you.
 
Follow the instructions below:
 

1. Log on to your bank account (see links below).
2. Choose “Add a Payee” and search for AIM Professional Services Ltd.
3. When you find it, add AIM to your payee list.
4. Transfer the money using our DEBT # located in the box at the top right corner of your notice. It starts with “DB” and use it as the account number.
5. You will receive a receipt from your bank. Keep this for your records.
